Make a clean
strategy quadrant
A 2x2 is the fastest way to show prioritization or positioning in one slide. This tool outputs a transparent PNG so it drops into any deck.
1. Set axes
Pick a label pair people understand in five seconds. Keep it short so it stays readable on a projector.
2. Plot points
Type a label, then click to place it. Drag to refine the position. Use Snap for clean alignment.
3. Keep it readable
If you have more than 8 points, group them or move to a table. A quadrant is about clarity, not completeness.
4. Export PNG
Download and drop it into PowerPoint. Transparent background is best if your deck has a colored slide background.
